Quality Policy

As a chamber, our policy is solving the possible problems arising from the economic and social relations in the services oriented firstly for the society and our members, observing the interests of our members, working more efficiently and faster for the purpose of increasing their commercial potential. In this direction, continuous improvement of the organization and effective operation of the Quality Management System is fundamental by improving the total quality consciousness of the Chamber personnel, putting the system in the foreground, correcting the faults and organizing trainings oriented for our personnel and members regarding the arising requests and ensuring their continuous development by focusing on the improvement points that will contribute to the operation of the system.
