Oktay YAMAN
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), an MBA degree from the Department of Business Administration at METU, and a master’s degree in Computer Science from University College London (UCL).
He began his professional career in the Information Technologies Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye and served for many years in various positions ranging from Specialist to Deputy Executive Director. He also served as Deputy Executive Director of Budget and Financial Reporting at the same institution for five years.
Since 16 February 2021, he has been serving as Deputy Secretary General of the Ankara Chamber of Industry (ACI).
